    A. MUAH is a workplace mind care solution combines MUA—an AI-powered wellness app integrating emotional inference and XR meditation content—with the concept of “Home,” represented by the letter “H,” symbolizing a comfortable, personal space. It brings a private, immersive meditation environment into the workplace.

    Within a 1㎡ space, it provides a seamless experience from bio-signal measurement and emotion analysis to personalized content delivery and before/after state tracking.

  • Q. What is the usage time and capacity?

    A. MUAH is designed for single-user sessions, with each session lasting approximately 20 minutes. This duration is optimized to support both deep immersion and effective relaxation.

  • Q. What types of meditation content are available?

    A. MUAH offers a total of 19 meditation programs, tailored to the user’s emotional state. These include body scan meditation for focus, tea meditation for emotional balance, spatial meditation for gaining distance from daily stress, creative meditation to enhance creativity, sound meditation that resonates through music, and art meditation that invites reflection on the philosophy within artistic works.

  • Q. What languages are supported?

    A. MUAH currently supports Korean, English, Japanese, and Spanish, with plans to expand to additional languages in the future.

  • Q. Is there any discomfort or motion sickness?

    A. As MUAH’s content is primarily meditation-based, it minimizes side effects such as motion sickness commonly associated with VR experiences. In addition, since it does not require active user movement, it can be used comfortably while seated.

  • Q. What are the basic components of MUAH?

    A. MUAH consists of the MUAH Hardware, a tablet installed with MUA Mirror (Galaxy S10 FE+), and a HMD (Meta Quest 3) for delivering meditation content.

  • Q. What types of biosignal are measured?

    A. MUAH utilizes five types of biosignal: Heart Rate Variability, Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, Stress Index, and Fatigue Level.

  • Q. How does the camera measure biometric signals?

    A. Each time the heart beats, blood circulates throughout the body, reaching even the smallest capillaries. During this process, the skin exhibits subtle changes in color. MUA Mirror captures these variations by measuring the amount of light reflected from the user’s face over a 30-second period while user look at the tablet screen. It then calculates changes in blood flow to extract biometric signals.

    The data is instantly transmitted to a server, where it is processed through AI algorithms and converted into values that infer the user’s emotional state. The system is designed to ensure stable data quality while reflecting real-time responsiveness.

  • Q. What information is provided on the user and admin pages?

    A. Separate dashboards are provided for users and administrators, and both are included with the 36-month subscription service.

  • Q. Is customization available?

Installation
  • Q. What are the product dimensions?

    A. The dimensions of a single unit are 1,800 × 1,400 × 1,470 mm. A multi-level (stacked) configuration is also available.

  • Q. Is construction required for installation?

    A. No construction is required. MUAH can be installed without any drilling or structural modifications, and it can be assembled or disassembled within approximately one hour.

  • Q. What are the installation requirements for MUAH?

    A. MUAH requires access to a power outlet and either Wi-Fi or a wired internet connection. The maximum power consumption is 400W, and depending on network conditions, an additional router or signal extender may be required.

Delivery
  • Q. How long does delivery take after ordering?

    A. For international shipping, air freight typically takes approximately 4 weeks, while sea freight takes around 12 weeks. Delivery time and cost may vary depending on the specific conditions of each country or region.

  • Q. Are there any restrictions on delivery regions?

    A. MUAH can be delivered worldwide. Please let us know your location for detailed guidance.

  • Q. How is the product delivered?

    A. The product is delivered in parts and assembled on-site upon arrival.
